ALLISON TRANSMISSION Training

HST OTOMOTİV Manufacturing Industry and Trade Inc. hosted a significant training program aimed at enhancing the competencies of its assembly personnel in line with its commitment to quality production and technical excellence. Held between February 3–14, 2025, the training focused on the assembly and maintenance of the X1100-5A4 transmission systems, which are among the critical components of the production process.

The training was conducted under the guidance of two expert instructors from ALLISON TRANSMISSION, of which we are an authorized licensed manufacturer. Participants had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical field applications, gaining in-depth understanding of all stages of assembly and maintenance.

The comprehensive program included not only HST OTOMOTİV technical personnel, but also team members from the Kayseri 2nd Main Maintenance Factory, as well as technical experts from Allison India and Allison Netherlands. This international participation enriched knowledge exchange and fostered a collaborative environment for learning different maintenance procedures and production standards.

During the training, participants examined the components of the X1100-5A4 system in detail and developed maintenance strategies for optimal performance. Led by seasoned experts from ALLISON TRANSMISSION, the program provided attendees with internationally recognized technical knowledge while strengthening inter-team coordination and collaborative working discipline.
